Scrib, I suppose "it's awesome awesomeness" doesn't cover it?
I like the aesthetic and the layout, the minimalistic approach, the clean lines, the color scheme, and everything I want to look at is right where I'd expect to find it. It's like they designed it for my preferences without even consulting me on it. Very RO-intuitive.
I never really liked tabs, and I can't wait for this tabbed browsing fad to pass. I blame proposal publication experience for my hatred of tabs. The regular blogger interface always felt a little ... I don't know, cramped, musty... bleah. I always used draft.blogger.com for my personal interface, I liked the insert photo options better, and I like to play with new features as they're developed.
Thanks for your comments, your opinions are valued, even if I disagree with them. Please feel free to criticize my ideas and arguments, question my observations, and push back if you disagree.
OK. I guess I'm slow. I looked around and I can't tell what the advantage of this is over dealing with your blogs via the Blogger dashboard.
ReplyDeleteIt's not bad... but it looks and feels like what I've had for quite some time on Tumblr. Then again, I'm not a fan of the new Gmail design either.
ReplyDeleteI think it's flippin' sweet!
ReplyDeleteSo, please explain to me WHAT you like about it.
ReplyDeleteI like it so much that I now need a cold shower... and perhaps to deal with my mini-addiction of looking at blog stats.
